Full disclosure.... I am too old to have any connection to the Teenage Ninja Mutant Turtles. I was in my older teens when they came into the center stage with the cartoon. I know a bit about them through culture. But I do have to admit to having a soft-spot for the character design of Krang. I feel like it is so out of left field and different. I challenge you to find another design quite like it.

So, a little history on me. I grew up in Boston and was a bit of a comic fan. I actually went to a comic convention in the mid eighties and had grabbed a copy of one of the original runs. Needless to say, I liked the idea from the comic. Not so much from the current movies. The comic was much more violent. They openly killed the Shredder in the first issue.

I’ve always loved the idea of the Last Ronin story. That’s why I went that route.
