Turns out we had to stay an extra day. Was planning on returning today. It will be tomorrow.

I am going to Florida to visit my sister on Thursday, August 28th. I will return on Tuesday, September 2nd. So I will be away from my computer, with access to the site only from my phone.

So, could you handle the monthly battle voting, @Andy B ? Just make sure votes are public, and poll expires in three days.

@Tenix can you hold down the fort?

I leave tomorrow to go visit my sister for a week. I should be back before the month is up in time to post all the monthly battle votes, but I will probably miss the bi-weekly vote.

I'll be around, but not able to post as I keep all my graff photos on my computer, so expect only the occasional thing while I am gone from me.

I may be able to post up tomorrow before I leave. We'll see.

In the mean time, I hope I can count on @Andy B to get the bi-weekly battle vote posted with visible names and expiring in three days. And @Tenix can hold down the fort.

Well fuck me. I don't know yet cuz it's currently running diagnostics scans, but my computer may have crashed. And I don't know how severe that is yet. But it does put me out of commission as far as updating in the forum as far as photos go because that's where all my photos are saved is on my computer. We'll see. Hopefully it's not that serious. I'm giving it time to finish this diagnostic scans right now but I'm on edge because I don't see any percentage changing and the ETA for it keeps going up. Last time I looked at it it was four plus hours. That was an hour ago and I've had the monitor turned off and I'm going to I'm having dinner right now and will watch an episode of Qi which is 45 minutes long and then check back so it'll be in 2 hours since the last time I looked at it. Hopefully I'll see some better progress by then. Watch this spot.

Well, my computer came up and I am frantically backing everything up (getting bad files all the time, though...).

So I am least updating this morning, but will be taking it to get looked at ASAP. Unfortunately, the local place we have in Augusta, GA is closed on Sundays. So for now, I will at least update the galleries. May be out for a day or so though. I think the drive I keep my files on is corrupted. Programs run fine until I try to interact in any way with certain files.

Okay. So my computer didn't crash, but my E-Drive is corrupt so I am taking my computer in to get fixed and hopefully I will be back tomorrow. No update for me until it is fixed because all my flicks for the forum are saved on the E-Drive.

Thankfully, I was able to get most everything back-up on an external drive.

And who knows? Maybe they will be able to recover everything. Fingers crossed!

I’ve been in this boat before I lost everything I had so that’s why I back up every month on an external so much better now
